1. PE series micropore filter” takes sintered PE filter tube as
filter media. The aperture can be controlled about 0.3um. The
micropore canal is fine and bended. It can filter solid particles
with diameter wider than 0.3um. Filter liquid usually is much
clear. As for the particle less than 0.3um, it is only filtered a
little, but it will turn clear quickly when forming thin filter
layer.
2. PE series micropore filter” is a kind of micropore material with
high rigidity. It won’t get out of shape if pulled or pressed when
the temperature is not too high. The filter mass formed on the
surface of filter pipe is much easy to take off only if blown back
with compressed air. Even for the filter mass of strong viscosity,
it is also easy to take off by using high compressed air pressure
and quick feeding speed.
As for the filter mass of strong viscosity, if filter medium is
filter cloth, it is much difficult to take it off with present
methods, like deadweight, vibration or back blowing. Therefore, PE
series micropore filter can solve these problems. It is easy to
operate and the equipment structure is compact.
Besides, after the filter mass is blown off by compressed air, air
will be jetted from stoma at high speed. The kinetic energy of this
airflow will forcibly discharge solid particle that has been
stopped in the stoma when filtering. So this filter equipment is
much convenient to reuse filter pipe and reduces intensity of
labor.
3. PE series micropore filter is well resistant to acid alkali,
alkehyde, aliphatic hydrocarbon, redioactive radiation, water and
organic solvents. And it is resistant to organic solvents such as
ester, ketone, ether and so on under 80℃.
4. PE series micropore filter can be reprocessed through lathing,
cutting, shaving, scalding, welding or sticking. Its specific
gravity is much low (0.5-0.7), so it is convenient to install.

It has been successfully used to separate sugar solution and
activated carbon in dextrose production; filter crystal in
tetracycline production; filter barium sulfate in sensitive film
production; filter chromic hydroxide or baruim chromate, zinc
hydroxide and lead powder in sewage treatment; separate acid bath
and sulfer in chemical fiber production; filter barium sulfate and
barium silfide in lithopone production; and so on. In a word, it
can filter all solid particles over 0.3um.

It has been successfully used to filter medical solution and bottle
wash in pharmaceutical industry; filter and purify water in
hydrogen peroxide solution production; filter and purify
electroplate liquid in electroplating industry; refilter
fermentation filtrate in bacteriophage production; purify and
filter sugar solution in dextrose production; purify and filter
electrodialysis water and so on. In a word, it can be used for all
kinds of liquid with high filter precision and clear filtrate.
3. As filter medium to separate dust, moisture and oil from air:
It has been successfully used to filter dust, moisture and oil in
melamine production; purify and filter compressed air in medical
and industrial injection solution production; filter dust from air
in watch production and so on. In a word, it can be used to
separate solid, oil and water.
4. As filter medium to separate liquid and liquid:
It can be used to filter oil from waste water. Oil content in waste
water is only about 2ppM after filtration, which is greatly lower
than national standard.
